I bring over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development designing and implementing people strategy rooted in evidence based practices. My experience spans across a variety of industries including distribution & logistics, healthcare, government, financial services, professional services, and global non-profit.


My Approach

It all begins with envisioning a future state. We often feel our systems are outdated, how painful it is to draw meaningful insights from a sea of data, or that our people strategy lacks the sophistication needed to truly meet business demands. How do we make it better? By applying organizational development and change management principles we can begin to develop a roadmap for the future.
